MEMBERSHIP APPLICATION

SSEER is a regionally focused organization whose mandate is to increase regional capacity and foster economic development, entrepreneurship and leadership development in south eastern Saskatchewan

Currently, there is not charge to become a member of SSEER. As a member, you organization will have direct imput into determining regional opportunities and setting economic development priorities as well as having a direct "pipe line" to information about economic development related events, training, programs or initiatives which may be of direct benefit to your organziation or industry.

NOTE:

Applicants MUST fall into one of the following five categories, and no member can be a sole individual.
Applicants MUST operate within the SSEER geographic area.
Applicants for membership fall into five categories:
- Business
  - Includes small businesses, manufactures, processors, industrial companies, service or retail businesses, business cooperatives, agriculture producers who are active in key sectors of the regional economy.
- Municipal
  - Includes any municipality (incorporated village, town, city or rural municipality)
- Community Group Stakeholders
  - Includes non-profit organizations and other community/member based organizations with the capacity to influence and contribute to economic development.
  - Community organizations, such as Chamber of Commerce, Board of Trade, Rotary Clubs, community economic development organizations, community tourism committees etc.
- Regional Group Stakeholders
  - Includes regionally based organizations with the capacity to influence and contribute to economic development
  - Regional organizations such as regional tourism organizations, Community Futures, professional organizations, government agencies, Crown Corporations, post secondary institutions, school boards, health districts, industrial associations, etc.
- First Nation/Metis Stakeholder Groups
  - Includes First Nation and Metis organziations
